Award winning speaker, Peter Berry, will deliver insights and strategies for leadership and organisational effectiveness to CEOs and senior executives for guests of The Executive Connection (TEC) at their Chief Executive Leadership Forum, in Adelaide on Thursday 31st March.

The Chief Executive Leadership Forum creates opportunities for local business leaders to meet with peers and gain valuable business advice from a highly renowned and respected figure.

In the approaching forum, Peter Berry, Managing Director of Peter Berry Consultancy, will share his ‘9 Steps to World’s Best Practice’. Specialising in leadership, business planning and managing change, people and culture, Mr. Berry will address common challenges for CEOs and senior executives.

“Becoming a provider or employer of choice is one of the biggest challenges faced by business leaders in the 21st Century. My number one piece of advice is to focus on creating an environment where engagement can take place with clients and staff, this will result in higher performance,” Mr. Berry said.

The forum will delve into the importance of client relationships for the organisation, which Mr Berry says is at the core of best practice.
