Firefly Press celebrates 21 years of educational excellence in 2011. Directors Ann Smales and Peter Stannard are pleased to announce the first in a number of milestones for the coming year.

Sound Waves National Edition, the first of many new series for the new Australian Curriculum, is now available and being implemented in primary schools nation-wide.

Building on already phenomenal success, Sound Waves phonemic approach to spelling has been re-developed for the new Australian Curriculum.

“We are astounded of the number of schools that have been eager to take on the national edition of Sound Waves,” says Lee Mylne, National Sales Manager for Firefly Press.

“Teachers are seeing the value of having a whole school approach to spelling, and can’t wait to use the many new features of the program!” Ms Mylne says.

Sound Waves National Edition is now available to purchase online and from all Educational Booksellers.
