ServiceSource®, the global leader in cloud-powered service revenue performance solutions, today announced that Riverbed Technology, the IT performance company, is using ServiceSource's service revenue performance solution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as throughout Japan and the Asia Pacific region, which has improved renewal rates during the last two years and delivered a higher level of global visibility and control of Riverbed's global renewals business.

Riverbed® provides wide area network (WAN) optimization solutions to increase application performance, enable consolidation, and provide enterprise-wide network and application visibility. The company selected ServiceSource to optimize the performance of global maintenance and support renewals. As a result of using the service revenue performance solution, Riverbed has improved communications across various time zones outside of the US, as well as obtained better data management and governance, visibility and control over its renewal business.
