Australians visiting the world’s largest exhibition for retail-related equipment and technology will find not only a showcase of the future of exhibiting and shopfit design, but also a meeting point to catch up with fellow Aussies at the Octanorm stand.

Octanorm’s elaborate two-storey exhibit promises to be a landmark at EuroShop 2011 – the global retail trade fair happening in Düsseldorf, Germany from 26 February to 2 March – incorporating a central bar and communication area, new product areas and a software demonstration area.

“Hundreds of Australians will be descending on Düsseldorf for EuroShop and we invite them to use Octanorm’s stand as a meeting point to take a break, enjoy a coffee and network with other expo-goers,” said Octanorm Australia’s Business Manager, Stephen Dorrofield.

Whilst stopping at the Octanorm stand, visitors will also get a glimpse at the future of exhibiting and shopfit design with a range of new profiles and accessories set to feature alongside Octanorm’s best selling products.

“Standard shell schemes and shopfit designs are becoming a thing of the past and Octanorm prides itself on being at the forefront of the display revolution,” said Mr Dorrofield.

“Visitors to the EuroShop stand will find new products developed for the popular Vario Display System, the latest solutions for exhibition and interior design, and even demonstrations of new software products on the second floor.”

Octanorm Australia is also offering a limited number of free entry vouchers to EuroShop 2011 to its customers, with an email flyer to be sent to all customers in the coming weeks.

Held every three years, EuroShop is expected to attract more than 1,800 exhibitors from 50 countries and 104,000 trade visitors from 93 countries in 2011.

The Octanorm stand will once again be located in hall 9 of the Messe Düsseldorf trade fair ground within in EuroExpo, a specialised zone of EuroShop 2011.
