The World Summit on Migration Control will now take place in September in Adelaide, after attracting a list of global experts and an audience of politicians, economists and international academics.

"Migration issues are not just threatening, they are already changing the world as we know it, politically, economically, with regards to food security and right down to the personal level of changing our cultural mix," says conference Executive Director Mark Ryan.

"Some of our leading speakers, the people who will catalyse new thinking about migration, have been unable to attend in March due to the escalating crisis in Europe. We have decided to move the event to Spring, which we absolutely must do in order to deliver a world-class event."
