Organisation Recognises 11 Companies From Asia-Pacific Region Representing Excellence in Candidate Experience
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired) -- Feb 25, 2016 -- Talent Board, a non-profit organisation focused on the promotion and data benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, today announced the winners of the inaugural APAC Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards. Overall, 11 companies were selected as winners for demonstrating positive recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes and honoured during the 2015 APAC Candidate Experience Awards Reception.
"Employers around the world recognise the need to provide a transparent and rewarding candidate experience and keep their candidates informed and updated throughout the process," said Elaine Orler, Talent Board co-founder and chairman. "We established the APAC CandE Awards program to identify employers in the Asia-Pacific region that understand this imperative and implement the tools and strategies to nurture their candidates, treat them with respect and attract the best talent possible. We are thrilled to congratulate all winners for leading the way in terms of what a positive candidate experience should be and setting the benchmark of excellence for employers across the region."
CandE Award winners were selected on their ability to meet a standard of candidate experience excellence, based on a comprehensive evaluation of their talent acquisition practices, ranging from candidate attraction and recruiting, through to interviewing, disposition and onboarding. Twenty-four companies initiated the Awards process in 2015. Through in-depth surveys asking these employers about their current processes, and surveys of more than 3000 of their job candidates from Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia on their experiences, Talent Board designated 11 companies as winners for representing excellence in candidate experience.
