Bali headquartered software development company Mitrais announces the appointment of Mike Magee as a director of the company. He brings more than 35 years business experience to the role, 20 years of which have been in management consulting and global outsourcing.

Singapore-based Mr. Magee is also a director of the Australian company TP3 Pty Ltd which provides e-learning, knowledge and information solutions.

He has been working in the Asia Pacific region for the past 12 years. He was a partner with Cap Gemini and Managing Director for its Singapore office prior to joining ITVEST Consulting, a strategic consulting company, in 2005.

Recently, Mr. Magee has been involved in the establishment of the business operations in Asia for a number of global technology companies. This involves strategic planning, business development, recruitment and establishing a physical operating environment.

Mike Magee’s company ITVEST Pte Ltd is the majority shareholder in TP3, a company which brought together TACTICS Consulting and Pollack Learning Alliance

Mitrais CEO David Magson said Mike Magee had been an advisor to Mitrais for the past 12 months.

“The benefits that Mike is able to contribute to Mitrais in helping us to develop markets for the outsourcing of software development became very obvious in that period.

“He will be a valuable addition to our team,” Mr. Magson said.

Mike Magee has a BEd Economics from Trinity & All Saints Leeds in The United Kingdom.
