Queensland vet Dr Rishi Shah has been passionate about meeting the needs of the local community for his entire career.
“We established PharmaVet some years ago to supply the local medical and veterinary market," Dr Shah said. "We were always small-scale, but this helped us be responsive and focus on quality.”
Now that responsiveness has enabled a quick pivot to supplying hand sanitiser to the wider consumer market - a first for the company.
“After supplying the medical market, we had capacity to sell to the public, which was a first for us. It was important to keep the price fair, and as we sell direct, we think we’ve been able to do that.”
The SuperSan brand hand sanitiser comes in gel or spray, and is available to purchase only from the online store at https://www.SuperSan.net.au
“The response has been great, and we’re super happy to be one of the few companies that is supplying Australian-manufactured hand sanitiser at short notice” continues Dr Shah.
SuperSan sanitiser meets the “gold standard” of 60% or higher alcohol content, is GMP-certified, and the company’s manufacturing facility is located just outside Brisbane.
SuperSan, a subsidiary of PharmaVet, is an Australian pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Carole Park, Queensland. We supply to the medical community and direct to the public, are Australian made and owned, and GMP-certified.
