Social enterprise store musee.com.au has launched releasing it's first five collaborations with Australian artists and their nominated causes.

Musée is a social enterprise that partners with the artists to create a beautiful range of fashion accessories and homeware products and make a positive difference by supporting causes the artists are most passionate about.

The products support a reduction in single use waste and including tote bags, market produce bags, insulated drink bottles, clutches / hold-alls, beach towels and more.

Founder, Angela Gore, said “We hope to support our wonderfully talented Australian artists by working with their art to create bespoke and unique products, provide a platform for the artists to gain exposure to new audiences and Australia to appreciate, share and engage with art while also making a positive contribution to society.  It’s been so interesting hearing each artist’s story and the charities or causes that are close to their hearts”.

Musée artists featured include:

  • John & Rosetta Santucci -  supporting Diabetes Australia
  • Jack Devereux – supporting MS Australia
  • Maggi McDonald – supporting The Pink Elephants Support Network
  • Kate Pittas – supporting Rural Aid
  • Simone Linehan – supporting One Girl Org.

This week (until midnight Sunday 1st December), Musée is donating 100% of profits from the sale of the Kate Pittas collection to support Australian farmers through charity Rural Aid.

Musée

Musée is a social enterprise working collaboratively with Australian artists to make a difference and build community.

Every artist we work with nominates a charity or cause they are passionate about and Musée donates 50% of profit from every sale to the artists chosen cause.

We aim to curate our products to diminish single household items and everyday accessories.  We are always looking for better choices, sustainable materials and fair trade practice.
