Gold Logie-winning interviewer, writer, and academic, University of Adelaide Adjunct Associate Professor Steve Vizard, interviews celebrated musical treasure and composer Joe Chindamo about the art of creativity.
The evening will explore not only Chindamo’s life but his musical journey, his compositional work in theatre, film, live performance across all genres and, in particular, the idea of ‘genre equality’ and of a common creative gene inherent in seemingly disparate modes of music.
This special and rare occasion will feature illustrative performances by Joe and students from the Elder Conservatorium in a celebration of ‘open musical borders’.
