Sunday, February 4th, 2018 - Girl Guides SA

Girl Guides of all ages are today partying at Henley Square to celebrate the move of Guide House to Henley Beach.

Traverse our treasure trove of games and goodies for all to enjoy at this one-off special event. Earn your own Guide Badge, compete with us at knot tying, decorate and devour our delicious Girl Guide biscuits and so much more – all for FREE!

The highlight of the day will be a performance by Carry On Guides, including acting, singing and dancing, with your chance to get involved and join them on stage.

This event builds on the continuous work of Girl Guides South Australia, encouraging girls and young women to positively impact their communities.

“Girl Guides has empowered girls and young women in SA for over 100 years. Our arrival at Henley is an opportunity for the community to join with our girls as they explore, express and deliver on their unique identities.” said CEO of Girl Guides SA Kerrie Akkermans.

In the spirit of Guiding, we invite you to join in the celebration of our arrival to Henley Beach, at Henley Square, from 10am-2pm. Together we can launch Girl Guides SA into an even brighter future!
