Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software for optimising sales & marketing activities, announced today that it has created numerous new roles and positions during the past few months, which include the appointment of Lukasz Olech as Machine Learning Scientist, Aditya Khaire as Business & Data Analyst, Larisa Stamova as Marketing Manager, and Murad Mekhtiev as Manager of Business & Data Analysis. The company has also appointed Hugh Lam and Luiza Michalewicz into senior Customer Experience roles.

The recent additions to the Complexica team include Aditya Khaire, who joins the company from CSIRO/data 61 and brings a background in machine learning and Artificial Intelligence; Lukasz Olech, who joins Complexica with a focus on machine learning, deep neural networks, optimisation, predictive modelling, classification, and clustering; Hugh Lam, who joins Complexica from Schneider Electric, where he developed end-user materials for mining customers and worked on devising better user experiences; and Larisa Stamova and Luiza Michalewicz, who both held senior roles at SolveIT Software prior to joining Complexica, where they worked with some of the world's largest bulk commodity producers such as BHP, Rio Tinto, Viterra, and Glencore in the areas of marketing and customer experience.
