RadiumOne, the fast-growing global multi-channel programmatic advertising company, today announced the appointment of two highly-respected ad-tech industry veterans, Dave Zinman and Bob Hall, as Chief Product Officer and SVP of Business Development, respectively.

The hires are an integral part of the company's growth plan -- coming on the heels of achieving the strongest financial results in the company's history in Q4 2014 and Q1 2015.

As Chief Product Officer, Zinman will lead the design and implementation of RadiumOne's innovative product roadmap helping the company extend its lead in the fast evolving programmatic ad buying marketplace. He is widely regarded as an ad-tech pioneer and innovator in digital advertising and media and is credited by Wikipedia as co-inventor of the ad server. He was a co-founder of AdKnowledge, and then continued his career at Yahoo where he was SVP and General Manager for their US ad network after Yahoo's acquisition of BlueLithium, where he served as Chief Product Officer. Most recently, Zinman was CEO of Infolinks.

"Dave Zinman is widely known and respected as one of the most influential and innovative product leaders in the industry today and we are absolutely thrilled to have him developing our valuable assets and leading our amazing team. His wealth of experience, credibility and unique vision will catapult our products and help us continue to define the future of the programmatic advertising industry," said Bill Lonergan, CEO of RadiumOne.

Bob Hall, a well-known Silicon Valley investor and operator, joins RadiumOne as SVP of Business Development expanding the company's capabilities in unique social sharing and mobile audience data as well as relationships with key industry partners. Hall has been a deal and product leader at high-growth technology companies since 1999. Most recently, he was VP of Platform & Partnerships at YuMe, the video advertising technology company, where he played an integral role in the company's precipitous growth and completion of an IPO. Previously, he was a Vice President at Summit Partners, where he sourced investments in SaaS and digital media businesses. He also served as a Product Manager at Mahi Networks, a networking technology company.

"We're also very fortunate to have Bob Hall join us as the leader of our audience intelligence offerings and industry relationships," Lonergan added. "He has a remarkable track record of driving winning relationships and productive deal making. He will greatly expand our footprint in the industry and organize our market leading audience intelligence to produce even greater insights and performance for our customers."

Zinman and Hall will be based out of the company's San Francisco office.

In addition to these key global role appointments, Shaun Warry has joined the company this quarter as Sales Director of Victoria, Australia and New Zealand where he will lead RadiumOne's expansion in those markets. Warry's appointment supports the company's rapid Asia Pacific growth, since launching in early 2014. Over the past quarter the company has launched into the rapidly emerging South East Asia markets of Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines and will open a Singapore office later this quarter.

Warry comes to RadiumOne from programmatic video platform TubeMogul where he was Victorian Sales Director. He is well-respected in the region with a strong background in digital media sales and a highly successful track record of working with agencies and brands across publisher networks and programmatic technology platforms.

"As we continue our rapid expansion into Asia Pacific, being able to attract talent of Shaun's caliber is of great benefit to RadiumOne and our clients. He brings leadership and senior relationships in programmatic, especially in the burgeoning video element of our multi-channel offering," said Lonergan.
