Monday, October 9th, 2017 - Brand Partners

The first spadeful of soil will be turned by Mayor Paul Thomas AM at the site on Thursday October 12th at 1pm.  Local dignitaries, special invited guests and the project developers, Gannon Lifestyle Communities will be in attendance along with local builder Country Living Homes.

This development has been designed especially for Over 50’s and offers residents a very attractive financial option to traditional homes or retirement estates which could mean money left over after the sale of their property for things like a caravan or cruise.  It also offers the attractiveness of a brand new home with virtually no maintenance.

Homes are available for sale with special early-bird offers.
