Carclew’s manicured gardens will be transformed into a festive dusk market featuring the works of South Australian artists on Tuesday December 9.

The Carclew Dusk Arts Market is open to the general public – providing the perfect opportunity to soak up the summer atmosphere and perhaps even snap up some bespoke Christmas gifts.

On the night, local artists and designers will be selling hand crafted jewellery, art, design and fashion.

Guests will also be treated to an evening of live music from Zaachariaha Fielding (one half of duo ZK), Banjo Jackson and Delia Obst, with special appearances by Choral Grief, whose a capella renditions of well-loved carols will bring the Christmas spirit.

Carclew Chair Jane Doyle will announce the 2015 Carclew scholarship recipients and winner of the Independent Arts Foundation Franz Kempf Printmaker Award.

There will also be the opportunity to be tempted by a selection of vendors from Adelaide’s food truck revolution, peruse the studios of Carclew’s resident artists, see the newly installed exhibition in the Carclew Foyer Gallery, discover 3D film by Carclew scholarship recipient Michael Richards, and free face painting and creative fun for children.
