Director of Governance, Strategy and Risk to present case study on utilising IT to transform Bendigo Health’s organisational performance
A management team from Bendigo Health Care Group will present a case study on how they have created a culture of accountability and continual improvement through the empowerment of staff and the breaking down of silos, and have harnessed intuitive, intelligent performance reporting by using CAMMS solutions at a special Breakfast Briefing for Health Organisation Managers and Professionals to be held on the 1st August 2014.
Yvonne Wrigglesworth, Director of Governance, Strategy and Risk, Josh Gladstone, Manager - Strategic & Business Performance, and Benet Whyte, Business Planning Officer from Bendigo Health Care Group will also discuss how they utilised CAMMS integrated Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solution, SYCLE, to increase their agility, consolidate disparate systems and reduce time needed to prepare information to meet executive and board requirements.
