Following an exhaustive tender process, Flight Centre have awarded their Paid Search Contract to their incumbent agency, e-channel Search. The Flight Centre account is one of the four biggest Paid Search accounts in Australia and was much sought after by every leading SEM agency.
Frank Grasso, CEO of e-channel said it was one of the toughest tenders he has ever been involved in and respected Flight Centre’s extensive due diligence in choosing a supplier.
“The Flight Centre search campaign is large and complicated, and we are pleased to have proven our capability to continue to handle the account.”
Sean Sutherland said the company was pleased to extend its working relationship with e-channel.
"We look forward to working together to further drive down costs and increase our brands exposure, as part of our successful online strategy."
The length and value of the contract remains undisclosed but Mr. Sutherland did say that they had chosen e-channel with a view to the long term.
