Corporate business is overjoyed with their professional service providers according to latest research released today by Training and Management Consultants Happening People.

A five year study gleaning feedback from over 5000 respondents shows a staggering 99% of survey respondents agreed their Professional Service Providers were effective and able to meet their needs in the corporate environment before during and after the Global Financial Crisis.

Happening People commissioned the survey in an effort to understand the relationship corporate business has with their Professional Service Providers.

Managing Director of Happening People, Samuel Day said “We initially commissioned the survey to identify weaknesses in our competitors and ensure we were more effective in those areas, but were very surprised to see a 99% satisfaction result which remained consistent over the past 5 years”

“We have worked with more than 25% of Australia’s top 100 companies and have heard many horror stories in outsourcing when we are called in but it appears the negative stories are insignificant compared to the overall experience of organisations” said Samuel Day.

These findings are great news for Australian business and in particular the Professional Services industry that saw many retrenchments when the GFC began.
