Vitality Brands Worldwide, one of Australia’s fastest growing and innovative ‘wellness’ product companies, plans to drive continued growth and ensure a consistent customer approach to its Australian pharmacy and grocery sales operations by selecting StayinFront EdgeCG® SaaS (software-as-a-service) CRM and Analytics solution for the consumer goods sector and StayinFront TouchCG® for mobile devices.

Vitality’s rapid growth trajectory required a system that could be deployed with minimal customisation and could be scaled as its dynamic sales operation increased in complexity. A key aspect of this was to improve the efficiency of order processing.

With the extensive range of skills required by its pharmacy and grocery channel sales teams, Vitality wanted sophisticated tools that provide flexibility and efficiency in the field. Now, each Territory Sales Manager simply sees the information required for their role displayed on their mobile devices, with the ability for further functionality, such as in-store presentations and competitive activity tracking, to be switched on as required.

From a management perspective, Vitality will achieve real-time business insights with the flexibility of StayinFront Analytics to easily query and run ad-hoc reports.

Territory Sales Managers will be able to send orders from the field using StayinFront EdgeCG’s inbuilt, automated order exporting.  Orders are distributed using web services or email directly to pharmacy and grocery wholesalers and distributors, using 4Solutions’ AgilitiNet gateway, thus gaining administrative efficiencies and sustainable profitability.
