Bundaberg Brewed Drinks’ (BBD) national Impulse field team currently records all activities on paper as it sells the BBD beverage range into non-grocery outlets such as convenience stores, cafes and bottle shops.
BBD’s Impulse operations are being transformed with its implementation of StayinFront’s cloud-based platform, which is purpose-built for the FMCG sector. Customer engagement will be improved because reps will have the right information at their fingertips, at the right time, in the right store. With best practice call planning that optimises reps’ travel and automated profiling to identify and prioritise opportunities, reps will have deeper insights into the customer and be in a position to grow market share with every visit.

Carrying only iPads, the reps record details in-store of each interaction and signed turn-in order, as well as merchandising activity, to ensure there are no delays or errors in responding to customer requirements.
BBD’s State Operations Managers will be able to review activities and measure KPIs in real-time. Gap analysis can be performed on product ranging to create incentives for stores to take a greater selection of BBD products. Geographic mapping will show the calls and ranging to help managers visualise the results from large volumes of collected data. And, because of the centralised system, BBD will be able to protect its business and maintain positive customer relationships, irrespective of staff changes.
