Australia is making some progress towards gender equality in the workplace but the gap is still prevailing.  What does gender equality in the workplace really look like and what realistic steps can an organisation do to achieve greater equality?  With a pay gap estimated to be 16% between men and women surely more needs to be done to explore how this happens and what can be done.

Equality isn't just about gender though, it is about inclusion for everyone.

In our first forum for 2017, we have invited along a panel of experts in this field to bring this topic into focus.  Leading the panel will be Jaimee O'Brien from One Woman Project.  With a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, Jaimee is spearheading One Woman Project's entry into the corporate space by providing workshops to businesses on equality in the workplace.  Joining Jaimee will be representatives from the Australian Human Resourcs Institute and a leading Human Resources Executive from the Not for Profit sector.

Details of the event:

Wednesday 5th of April from 10am to 12noon.

Level 5, 500 Queen Street

Brisbane.
