Strong business and creative streams at ArdentDigital attract industry talent to new management roles

ArdentDigital, part of the BlueArc Group, announces several significant hires, broadening the agency’s talent-base and strengthening its ability to deliver forward-thinking, effective digital solutions to a growing portfolio of clients.

The creation of three new senior roles includes the appointment of Christian Wood as Director of Strategy and Scott Bradley-Pearce as Head of Video and Media, while Fiona Hart has been promoted to Client Services Director, after 18 months as Account Director. The agency has also appointed two new Business Directors, Ross Kidd and Nicky Scott to the team.

As Director of Strategy, Christian will lead Strategic Services at ArdentDigital. Prior to joining the team, Christian held senior digital roles at eBay, lastminute.com, UBank and Sensis, both locally and internationally. With over 14 years’ experience, Christian brings to the agency a wealth of knowledge of the digital landscape and exceptional skills in delivering innovative online business solutions and digital strategies.  

In the role of Head of Video and Media at ArdentDigital, Scott Bradley-Pearce is to lead the delivery of innovative digital and cross media solutions. Scott joins the agency with 15 years’ experience specialising in content production for digital and broadcast, including roles at IPTV Services at The Playroom, Omnilab Media, CBS Interactive and MediaZoo.

Ross Kidd joins the agency with 12 years’ sales and marketing experience, previously at Salmat Digital and Fairfax Media. Nicky Scott has a breadth of experience across sectors including Government, Healthcare, Resources and Manufacturing and excels at helping clients navigate the ever-changing digital landscape.
