Long time Port Power supporter and Property Asset Planning ( Managing Director Brian Chant was tempted to go down the usual route for sports sponsorship - football.

However with the guidance of his marketing guru and manager of Olympic Silver Medallist Tatiana Grigorieva Rick Carter, is changing it up with their sponsorship of SA beach volleyballers Becchara Palmer and Zina Stone.

“Supporting firstly women’s sport was important to us as we believe doing good is good business and women’s sport is quite often overlooked,” Chant said. "The chance to also support someone’s Olympic dreams made this sponsorship in line with the dreams of our investors.”

London 2012 Olympian Becchara Palmer said, "whether it be chasing an Olympic dream or planning for your future, like most South Australian's we have been struggling to keep our heads above water."

"However, the tide is turning and is giving us, and others like us, the start we need to make our dreams a reality.”

"As Advocacy Program ambassadors, we will be encouraging NRAS clients to build their investment property portfolio and create a successful future for themselves and their families," Palmer said.

The sponsorship has made sure that the girls have been able to keep their coach who was almost poached by a Polish team, and keep their Olympic dream alive.
