ELLANDAR PRODUCTIONS present an original adaptation of classical 17th Century Revenge Tragedy 'Tis Pity She's A Whore by John Ford.

Pity is a play, Pity is a concert, Pity is performance art, Pity is a revenge tragedy, Pity is a contemporary flirt, Pity is love, story and life but most of all Pity is a word and a question for an audience to consider and discuss as they reflect upon their own morality.

This sliding moral journey explores the delicate issue of incest and how the power of emotion can shape the voice of reason as a brother falls in love with his twin. One womb, one birth, one body & one love. A depraved sexual tale told by young explosive performers.

Written & directed by Ellen O'Connor featuring Ruby Hall (The Sleepover Club, [ABC3], A Night Of Deceit) and Iskandar R. Sharazuddin (How To Train Your Dragon: Live Spectacular [Dreamworks Animation & Global Creatures], A Gigantic F#*k You To You All) and local theatre practitioners.

7th - 13th February De Parade Teatro 1 [Courtyard State Theatre Centre of W.A] FRINGE WORLD 2013
