Management consultancy firm Litmus Group is expanding its Australia-wide practice with the opening of a Perth-based office to service Western Australian companies.

“The move follows an extensive period of growth for the firm and the strategic direction to operate nationally”, according to Litmus Group Managing Partner and Director Brad Miller.

“The expansion of the Western Australian economy, and the size, complexity and scope of projects that are currently underway in regional WA, has created an ongoing demand for the hands-on consultancy that Litmus offers,” Mr Miller said.

“We believe the WA economy is unique and have chosen to invest locally to build our Perth team. We hope this approach enables us to engage with the business community.

“Our team in Perth bring a range of industry skills from Mining, Oil and Gas, Utilities and Aerospace with expertise across a wide range of business disciplines.
We believe there is a strong demand in all industries, particularly resources, utilities and government for cost reduction and productivity improvement methods. These products mitigate business risk and leverage value and are a cornerstone of our skillsets.”

The Perth practice is led by WA Partner; Bob McGregor. Bob has 14 years’ experience in senior management roles in WA working for companies such as Anaconda Nickel, Newcrest Mining, Technip Oceania, Leighton Contractors and the Portland Group. This is underpinned by a wide ranging career in the British army that spanned 18 years both in command and staff appointments worldwide, including command of the Special Forces aviation squadron.

Bob is supported in his role by three Executive Consultants – David Seaton from Litmus Group in Melbourne, Teresa Soanes, formerly of Rio Tinto and Jeff Quirk from Rolls Royce and BAE Systems.
