The national Property Women group is on the lookout for leaders in real estate investment - with the "Property Woman of the Year" to win an "all expenses paid" training and touring package to the South West of France.
Nominations are open for the 2010 awards, to be presented at a gala dinner in Brisbane on 20 February next year. Touted as a night to remember, the dinner and reception will recognise and reward outstanding women investors in five categories: Reno Queen, Best Property Manager / Landlord, Cash Flow Queen, Development Diva and Best Newcomer.
To date Property Women has received dozens of nominations, each with a remarkable story of success. The 15,000-strong group of female property investors range from women who had to start again after great loss such as divorce or bereavement, to those who used creativity and determination to get their foot on the property ladder.
"Everyone has an inspirational story to tell," said Rachel Barnes, Property Women's director of marketing. “It’s been an outstanding investment year. We have developed a network of brilliant investors who have accomplished so much. It will be difficult for the judges to select a winner.”
Do you have someone to nominate for the Annual Property Women Awards? The deadline for entries is December 15, 2009 at midnight, so investors who wish to participate still have time to submit their names and nominations. There are $15,000 worth of prizes to be won!
“Soon it will up to our panel of esteemed investors to judge the entries and select the winners,” said Barnes. “But, regardless of who wins, we are anticipating a fantastic evening that commemorates and celebrates the achievements of our entire Property Women membership.”
