With the first two stages of the Water’s Edge private estate in Viveash sold out, Pindan has recently released Stage 3, featuring premium homesites and two pre-built homes which will be ready to move in to by Christmas.

Viveash, as a suburb, has outperformed the overall Perth market in recent years, with REIWA statistics showing that it has experienced a 14% growth over the last 10 years versus the average 10.2% growth in the Perth region.

Matthew Smith, Water’s Edge sales agent said that the master-planned community had appealed to a range of buyers including early retirees who were looking to downsize, young couples looking for a low maintenance home as well as investors who recognised the area’s growth potential.

Nine of the 22 homesites have already been snapped up, with the house and land packages starting in price from just $399,500. The remaining 7 townhouses and 6 villas available in Stage 3 overlook Blackadder Creek Reserve and offer uninterrupted parkland views.

“These views cannot be built out and a dual use pathway behind the homes lead to gorgeous wetland swales, with the Swan River only 800 metres away,” Mr Smith said.

On the doorstep of the Swan Valley, Waters Edge is also located just 10 minutes from the Perth Airport and within minutes of the Midland retail precinct.
