Sydney, Australia, 30 August 2012 - In a period of rapid growth, BlueArc Group, one of Australia’s leading digital agencies, has recently expanded its Sales and Account Management teams with four key appointments spanning the Sydney and Melbourne markets, as well as 10 new staff in its Development team.

Joining BlueArc as Business Director is Daniel Finn. With over 15 years’ sales and marketing experience, Daniel has held senior roles at leading agencies and on the client-side, both locally and in the UK, working for some of the world’s most recognised brands including Sony, Optus and Ericsson. Prior to joining BlueArc, he worked at CACI Integrated Marketing in the UK where he managed a portfolio of clients including EDF Energy and Virgin Insight.

Also new to BlueArc in the role of Business Director is Glen Wilson who was previously Head of Business Development at global mobile marketing agency 2ergo. Working with a wide range of clients including the ASX, ABC, ninemsn, Fantastic Furniture and Eagle Boys, Glen has over 12 years’ experience in sales and marketing.

Joining as Account Director, Michelle Werner has more than 11 years’ creative and digital agency experience. Most recently, Michelle was Senior Account Manager at Sydney-based digital agency Permission, and during her career she has worked across a range of leading brands including NIB, NRMA, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, Glaxo Smith Klein and David Jones.

Rounding out the appointments is Shane Antrobus who has come on board as Senior Account Director in BlueArc’s Melbourne office. With over 10 years’ working in the digital industry, Shane’s previous roles have involved driving new business and servicing blue chip Australian and global clients including Lion, RACV, Ashley & Martin and Carpet Court. Previously he was Senior Business Development Manager at Experian Digital.
