Reason for Nomination: The Team comprises – Michelle Mitchell, Gene Goldby, Valentina Josse, Brett Fyfield, Mai Lee Sayaxang, Anh Truong and Cliff Bothwell. Located at 349 Queen St, the team has over the past two trimesters developed a level of shared purpose, efficiency and ethic that has allowed the following initiatives to flourish – conduct of campus examinations, development of a trimester time table using Excel, saving $20,000 per year in licensing fees and improvement in enrolling of students into subjects with minimal variation errors.

Reason for Nomination: Nyree has shown commitment to the Sarina Russo Job Access Team in Hervey Bay, Local employers, the general public and our candidates. Nyree has helped build trust and respect with employers, and assisted in the promotion and positive influence of Sarina Russo Job Access throughout the Fraser Coast Community with her professionalism and her willingness to “work beyond her call of duty”. Nyree is always “Happy go lucky”, she greets all co-workers and the public with her friendly smile and cheery hello. Through her positive attitude to her work, she is consistently delivering in Job Placement outcomes. For the month of February, Nyree acquired 31 Job Placement Claims. This assisted the Sarina Russo Job Access Hervey Bay office reach financial targets, and working towards a 5 Star office

Winner: Anastasia Makarov
Award Criteria: Character and Selflessness

Reason for Nomination: Anastasia has really grown in her role since starting with Russo. She is always willing to help her colleagues no matter how busy she is. She makes the role look easy and is always obliging. We are lucky to have her to work with.

Winner: Alice Turnbull
Award Criteria: Making a Difference

Reason for Nomination: Alice provides a high standard of customer service and has the ability to build great customer relationships with all her clients. Alice works well in the team and is always willing to support and help out other team members and me as her manager. Alice responds to clients need ASAP and provides accurate information to their inquiries. I know if I give a task to Alice she can be relied upon to get this task completed without a fuss. Alice is an asset to the Brisbane team and to SRAS. Alice always achieve higher than her targets every month.

Reason for Nomination: Kerrie has gone above and beyond her role description to support the Education group with the multiple audits faced in the last 8 months. Her hard work, diligence and uncompromising standards have ensured the division is stronger after each audit. Nomination Two – Kerrie provide support and encouragement to those around her empowering them to challenge themselves to learn from her knowledge and experience. Kerrie is a wonderful role model.

Reason for Nomination: Sarina Russo Job Access refer a large number of jobseekers to Elise for support and intervention. Elise has an amazing ability to establish rapport quickly with these jobseekers and we have had a lot of success with moving these candidates to more appropriate services within SRJA and external. Elise keeps the communication lines open with the consultants and is constantly providing feedback, suggestions and following up with us regarding progress. Elise is a very large part of our success in the office and is appreciated by every single staff member at Beenleigh. We could not do it without her!
