Founded in 1997, the Association of Norfolk Island Archers is run by a small band of merry men and women who warmly welcome visitors from Australia and New Zealand to compete in the annual championships.

The archery has been structured in a way to specifically cater for action and down time with shooting in the mornings and free time in the afternoons to enjoy everything the sub-tropical island has to offer.
