THE City of Cockburn and Fremantle GP Network is inviting residents and health professionals to have their say on the planned GP Super Clinic for Success.

Community health priorities and visions for the integrated primary health care service, to be located on corner of Wentworth Parade and Beeliar Drive, will be discussed at two “dialogue cafes” as part of community consultation.

The residents’ session will be held on October 20, followed by the health professionals’ session on October 27.

Both will be held from 6.15pm to 8pm at the Cockburn Youth Centre at 25 Wentworth Parade, Success.

To RSVP, call (08) 9411 3439 or email [email protected] for catering purposes.
