Following Fasta Pasta’s 2011 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award win, as well as their first place in the January ratings, they have finished in top spot for the February Customer Satisfaction ratings.
Within the Quick Service Restaurant category, Sizzler was the only brand in the top five who increased their satisfaction score from the previous month. Fasta Pasta (92%) and Subway held steady, whereas La Porchetta and Hog’s Breath both declined. Further details.
