Frustrated with Port Adelaide's ongoing demise, regardless of the governments current consultation effort during this election period, 7 Divett Street building owners have put their building up for grabs to inspire activity. On their own terms.

They have introduced OFFICEGroove, a co-working concept, providing office space located in the heart of the Port Adelaide business area. Sick of the ongoing emptiness, lease ends, and lack of movement in the Port Adelaide business area, the current building owners researched and looked worldwide for inspiration, to bring business people back into the area.

What they discovered was a whole network of fresh or aspiring business people using temporary office areas to grow their business.

These office spaces are used until the business is viable to rent larger premises. It is seen as a first step into the business marketplace.

Therefore, they considered offering desk spaces at $60 a week in a similar style. It meant a no frills, basic, and affordable option to all. However also, for the Port Adelaide building owners, it means activity and business minded people occupying space.

This co-working concept creates an environment for networking, collaboration and success together.
