Toop TV reveals the inside happenings at its annual Toop&Toop Awards Night held at Singapore House where Kay Morris was crowned Salesperson of the Year (Episode 92 - www.toop.tv).

The Bollywood theme saw the crew from Adelaide real estate company Toop&Toop decked out as their favourite Indian movie stars but the biggest star on the night was 15-year trooper, Kay Morris.

On the show, the born in Japan former schoolteacher attributes her long-term success to her enthusiasm for her job, her honesty and her communication skills. “I effectively work in partnership with the person whose house I’m trying to sell,” confesses Kay.

Sharing the studio with Kay in this episode are Mark Lewis, chairman of Bernie Lewis, and Cameron Kucher of R.P. Data. Mark goes out on a limb predicting interest rates will fall while Cameron is confident there will be limited capital growth in SA properties this year.

Both outcomes point to a market ripe for home buyers, with Cameron suggesting it might be opportune for home owners to hang on to their primary property while buying a second or even third holding.

Mark then adds the clincher by reminding viewers the Commonwealth Bank has just introduced no fee home loans in a market where lending institutions are finding it easier to access funds.
