In an interview on ABC News on June 8th, whilst referring to how the global financial crisis is affecting the wedding industry, Kathy Apostolidis, ownerof Nightingales Wedding Planners, said:

"Times like this is where you really can flex your creative muscle with your business. Its a great opportunity to clean it out, freshen it up and make it
look better than ever before."

Kathy's "freshening up" of her business starts with the launch of her new website, http://www.theweddingplanner.com.au.

The website contains elements of blended media such as an optimised image gallery with slideshow, streaming video, and of course information about the wedding planning and decorative packages Kathy provides.

Because the wedding market is not actually shrinking, but budgets are, wedding planners like Kathy find they now have to provide more value than
ever for every dollar spent.

But it doesn't matter what your budget is, Kathy still injects the same amount of passion into each event and newly weds praise her efforts without fail.

Some of Kathy's previous weddings include those of David and Lisa Campbell, and Daniel (Savage Garden) and Kathleen (Hi5) Jones.
