He is the celebrity chef on the new Australian-owned APT Concerto Class MS AMAVERDE rivership, departing Budapest on 22 November 2011 for an 15-day cruise on the Danube, Main and Rhine rivers to Amsterdam. This cruise also ties in with an optional three day extension to Paris.
On 'The Culinary Mastercruise', Jacques Reymond hosts and creates a wine-matching dinner and leads a walking-tasting tour through Budapest’s famous food markets with a local guide.
