The free articles cover a range of topics including health, training and nutrition, and are a fantastic resource for those looking for motivation to start exercise, or are already training for a specific goal or event.

Need a little help to get your training underway

Sometimes you need a little push to get the momentum going with our training programme, so here are 3 quick tips to help you out:

  1. Make a list. Write down 3 benefits you enjoy from keeping active or 3 words that describe how you feel after training. Put them somewhere visible to remind you why it's important for you to start and stick to a training plan.
  2. Keep it interesting. If you follow the same routine every day, it's no wonder you are bored. Throw your old routine out and try something new. Always keep your routine fresh, as it keeps you challenged and engaged.
  3. Treat yourself to Personal Training. Sometimes a little help goes a long way. Our Personal Training Starter Pack is designed to get you started, so you have a fun but challenging programme to follow at home, in a gym or at our private studio.

Wellington Half Marathon - Will you be there?
Ryan Woolley is our man on the ground when it comes to running. He is able to assess your running technique and guide you through the Cardio Coaching System, to help you get the most from the training you do.

The Wellington Half Marathon is less than a month away, so if you are training for this event we hope things are going to plan and you are staying injury free. If you have any questions in the lead up to your event, then Ryan is more than happy to lend his running expertise. In the mean time the website has some interesting reading to get you thinking.
