Lose Baby Weight, a company with revolutionary weight loss programs, has revealed the results of its new survey* which shows that 88% of Australian mums feel "trapped" at home with their new born baby in the first few months of bringing their baby home, which can cause them to overeat and consume junk food. The mums surveyed said that this then led them to gain weight and made it hard for them to lose their baby weight, and that they also believed this to be a contributory factor in many mums suffering from post natal depression.
