A new website plans to help business people “make the kingly wisdom of Solomon” the wisdom of their business and personal lives.
Called www.DailyTrainingForKings.com, the site offers to email business people, or anyone else who signs up for the free service, a chapter a day of the Book of Proverbs, which is attributed to Solomon. Since there are 31 chapters, one chapter a day covers the entire month. In months where there are fewer days, the site suggests that people read two chapters on one or more days.
The site charges no fee for signing up and no monthly fee. In fact, it charges no fee whatsoever.
Founded by an established company called Business Blessings, the site hopes to help business people improve their decision-making and achieve greater success.
The inspiration for the site comes from the Biblical quote:
Solomon said to God, “Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people, for who can rule this great people of Yours?”
God said to Solomon, “Because you had this in mind and did not ask for riches, wealth or honor, or the life of those who hate you, nor have you even asked for long life, but you have asked for yourself wisdom and knowledge that you may rule My people over whom I have made you king, wisdom and knowledge have been granted to you. And I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings who were before you has possessed nor those who will come after you.”
Of course, Solomon’s wisdom is legendary. But the site also maintains that he became the richest man who ever lived and would, in today’s dollars, be a “trillionaire.”
The site advises that setting aside just a few minutes a day to read and reflect on the wisdom of Solomon will help readers enjoy life-changing benefits such as true wisdom, understanding, acute judgment, success, confidence, personal fulfillment, and many other benefits.
The site also selects books on the wisdom of Solomon and offers them for sale in its online store. One of the books served as the inspiration for the website.
Titled “The Richest Man Who Ever Lived,” it tells how the author, Steve Scott, went from repeated failure to great success by reading the Book of Proverbs every day and applying Solomon’s “kingly wisdom” to his own life.
Another book, “The Supernatural Ways of Royalty,” by Kris Vallotton, notes, “If we were born into a royal family, we would be trained from the day we were born to know we are royalty and to live with that powerful knowledge.” The author goes on to say that we are born to royalty, as princes and princesses in the Kingdom of God – His sons and daughters – who can live that reality right here on earth. Where do we get the training we need? We can read a book of Proverbs every day. Then we can go beyond filling our minds with information and attain wisdom.
The site also offers a Guestbook, where subscribers can sign in and share how reading the wisdom of Solomon via the emails the site sends to them has helped them achieve greater success and happiness.
