Jessie Yu, Research Manager, Digital Transformation, Asia Pacific, Frost & Sullivan said that technology advancements, coupled with tough macroeconomic conditions, have given rise to new technology delivery and consumption models, including hosted IP telephony and cloud unified communications and collaboration (UCC) services.
