Tuesday, October 12th, 2010 - Property Women

While many Australians are standing around scratching their heads and debating whether or not the Australian property market is headed up, down or sideways – there are teams of women who clearly see the opportunities before them and are brushing up their knowledge and taking action to improve cash flow and create equity in property, regardless of the market.

At the Property Women ‘Create, Don’t Wait’ Annual Conference you will find out what women really talk about behind closed doors where men are not invited. Some of the juicy gossip includes: how to develop your own unique investment strategy to suit your life and dreams; how to find cash flow positive properties in any market; how to maximise the tax benefits of your investments; and how to rejuvenate a tired looking property with fast, affordable renovation tips. Not to mention all sorts of other girly conversations like how to find value in overseas properties, and the importance of building up your little black, or rather ‘little pink book’.

On the weekend of 13 and 14 November, over two packed-to-the-rafters days on the Gold Coast, the Property Women team are bringing together experts from around the country and even New Zealand, to help ignite and reinvigorate women’s property investing prowess.

Property Women not only introduces women to a network of experts, emphasising the importance of building your team, but also creates a forum for women to meet each other, share ideas and inspiration and support each other through their property investing adventures. It is all about empowering and inspiring women to take control of their financial futures through smart and savvy property deals. And importantly – having fun every step of the way.

Property Women is dedicated to empowering and inspiring women by giving them the tools and networks to create pathways to success in any property market. There are many ways women can choose to participate in this process of learning through Property Women: through face-to-face workshops and seminars; a year-long ‘Brilliant Diamonds’ course; series of self-study CD packs; overseas education trips to a different country each year (in 2011 they’re heading to Florida in the US); or simply the streams of regular free tips that are emailed to a network of more than 15,000 women across Australia and New Zealand.

Property Women encourages women to have a clear goal about why they are investing and to develop their own unique strategy that serves their desired outcomes in both life and finance. Women are connected with experts in finance, tax, law, renovations, property development, property management, and property improvements and also with like-minded women who share their own personal stories of investing success and what they’ve learnt along the way. The team at Property Women believe if you’re not having fun along the way then there’s no point doing it – and this philosophy is infused into everything they do.
