TA Golf, Organiser’s of the Ladies Masters announced today that RACV would join long standing Title Sponsor ANZ as the Co-Title Sponsor of the Ladies Masters from 2011.

The ANZ RACV Ladies Masters will be played at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on Queensland’s Gold Coast between 10-13 February 2011 under the co-sanctioning of Australian Ladies Professional Golf and the Ladies European Tour.

ANZ Head of Brand and Sponsorship, Kathy Hatzis today welcomed the support of the RACV: “Together with the RACV, ANZ looks forward to sponsoring our 11th ANZ RACV Ladies Masters in 2011, and another world-class tournament that brings together the best female golfers from around the globe.”

Sue Blake, RACV Executive General Manager Member Interests, said “RACV is proud to be extending our support of this fantastic event, which showcases the best in women’s golf and is part of our strong commitment to providing quality recreational and leisure experiences for our members”.

Positioned between the Handa Women’s Australian Open, 3-6 February and the Pegasus NZ Women’s Open in Christchurch, 17-20 February, the ANZ RACV Ladies Masters is certain to attract a world class field and provide priceless domestic and international television exposure for its key stakeholders.

Queensland Premier Anna Bligh welcomed RACV to the Ladies Masters, and said Queensland was anticipating a strong performance from the tournament in 2011. “The ANZ RACV Ladies Masters is part of Queensland Events ‘Summer Season’ which includes Valentino: Past/Present/Future, the Asia Pacific Screen Awards, Australian PGA Championships, Brisbane International, Magic Millions Carnival and Sales, NRL Indigenous All Stars, Australian Surf Life Saving Championships and the brand new Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Ironman Series.”

Network Ten and One HD will broadcast the ANZ RACV Ladies Masters on Saturday 12 February and Sunday 13 February between the hours of 2pm and 6pm. Tickets will be available from Ticketmaster from October 14.
