Larry will join Coventry’s workforce as a Digital Analyst, tasked with analysing large internal and external datasets on a 24/7 basis to provide customers with win-win outcomes. Larry will serve as a recommendation engine within Coventry’s transactional environment to provide customers with personalised offers and automated insights, initially through telesales operators and in-field sales reps, and later through Coventry’s online store.
