Redarc Electronics has appointed highly respected National Customer Development Manager Mark ‘Brucey’ Bruce to a dual role, adding Western Australia State Manager to his title.
The move marks a return to his home town of Perth for Mr Bruce, who is known across the auto electrical industry, both in Australia and New Zealand, for his knowledge and exceptional commitment to customer service.
Appointed five years ago as National Customer Development Manager, he moved from Perth to Adelaide to join the Redarc team, traveling the length and breadth of Australia to provide customer training and support and enhancing Redarc’s product and brand awareness.
Redarc Managing Director Anthony Kittel said that the appointment marked the company’s commitment to expanding the reach of its customer service in the fast growing Western Australian region and improving reaction times to customer inquiries across the board.
“Mark has an auto electrical background and more than 20 years’ experience from which Redarc customers have benefited enormously,” Mr Kittel said. “In his new role, he will continue with his national commitments, with a focus on WA, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
“Mark’s vast industry knowledge and intimate customer knowledge will ensure that he will continue to strongly contribute to the future growth and development of REDARC. “
