Regional Summit Helps Australian MSPs Drive Recurring Revenue; Masters of Managed Services Events Provide Expert Advice on How to Achieve MSP Success

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - Building upon its international success, N-able Technologies®, the global leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM) software for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, is pleased to announce its 2010 Regional Partner Summit taking place July 6 in Sydney.

Hosted by Mike Cullen, vice president of global sales for N-able, the Summit is open exclusively to N-able MSP partners and is themed, "Don't Leave Recurring Revenue on the Table."

One of the many unique, high-value resources available to N-able's partners, the Summit will focus on helping MSPs grow recurring revenue, achieve 100 per cent IT coverage with their customers and maximize their sales pipeline and profitability. Many of the sessions will be led by N-able's MSP Elite Partners operating within Australia. Presentation topics will range from driving efficiencies through services automation, to prospecting more effectively and working with third-party organizations to deliver post-hour support. N-able's product roadmap plans will also be revealed.

Preceding the Summit, on July 5 there will be a full day of intensive MSP training on N-central 7.0, N-able's flagship RMM platform. In addition, a midmarket training and education event will take place on July 8 also in Sydney. More information including registration for these events is available here.

N-able Announces New 'Masters of Managed Services Conferences'

N-able will debut its Masters of Managed Services Conferences on July 7 and 8 in Sydney and July 14 and 15 in Melbourne. Originally started in the UK, these free conferences provide MSPs, VARs, solution providers, system integrators and other IT services businesses with the opportunity to learn from and network with leading N-able MSPs in a relaxed and interactive environment.

Designed to help attendees shortcut their path to MSP success, these free Masters of Managed Services conferences are half-day events featuring guest presentations by N-able's most prominent Australian MSP Elite partners. N-able's Mike Cullen will also provide attendees with an overview of the MSP opportunity, advice on how to create recurring revenue in today's economic environment and a snapshot of N-able's N-central 7.0 RMM technology and partner enablement program and resources.

Cullen says the conferences will offer a rare opportunity for attendees to learn from regional industry leaders as they discuss vital business topics such as new customer acquisition, services automation and go-to-market programs.

Registration is now open for the Masters of Managed Services Conferences. Space is limited so attendees are encouraged to choose a date and location that best suits their schedule:
