Complexica Pty Ltd, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence software that helps organisations sell more products and services, and reduce their labour costs and headcount, announced today that Nigel Hey has joined the company as Director of Data Science.

Prior to joining Complexica, Nigel was responsible for analytics and data science globally for Treasury Wine Estates, the makers of Penfolds grange and home to iconic brands such as Wolf Blass, Lindemans, Wynns and Pepperjack. Nigel's primary expertise lies in delivering value to large organisations by leveraging internal and external data, as well as domain expertise, to generate models and insights that lead to increased revenue or improved efficiency.

 Nigel has experience working with large Australian and international companies in the fields of analytics, data science and data quality. He has spoken both locally and overseas at events and conferences on data and information quality improvement methods, as well as approaches to data governance.
