For Immediate Release - 20th October 2015 (Sydney, Australia)

In a new partnership with Saxons Training Facilities, the Australian Centre for Photography (ACP) brings its highly regarded photographic courses to a convenient location, right in the middle of Sydney’s business district.

ACP in the CBD is a range of pop-up photographic courses, taught by ACP’s esteemed and experienced tutors, many of whom are working professional photographers and photographic artists.

ACP in the CBD kicks off with Digital Photography Basics, a two-day short course especially targeted to beginners. Tutors Fiona Wolf-Symeonides and Geoff McGeachin will guide students through the basic workings of their camera, demystifying technical terms, and explaining how composition, exposure and lighting can affect a shot.

Combining theoretical and practical elements, and presented in a supportive and fun way, Digital Photography Basics will leave students feeling confident with their cameras and inspired to get out there and get snapping!

Additional ACP in the CBD courses will be announced in 2016.

ACP in the CBD is generously supported by our Venue Partner Saxons Training Facilities.
