Well known Adelaide business and life coach Tania Basheer will teach a tapping technique that can help overcome the fears and phobias associated with modern living, as part of International Coach Week celebrations (May 24-29).
The session, to be held at the new high-tech International Visualisation Centre (IVC) in the heart of Adelaide, will introduce this amazingly easy technique, known as Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.), or energy tapping.
"You can use virtually anywhere, anytime to quickly reduce your stress levels and even overcome stage fright," says Tania.
"In EFT, you tap with two fingers on different meridian or acupressure points on your own body, using certain sequences.
"This will balance your body’s energy flow, removing any blockages and associated emotional charge."
EFT is a gentle, safe and easy-to-use healing method, which can be used by people of all ages, including children and may also be safely used during pregnancy.
The EFT workshop is one of a full program of events for Coach Week. Please call SA Branch President Connie Diano on 0408 027 400 for more information.

Originally founded in 1999 by ICF member Jerri N. Udelson, MCC, Coach Week is a designated time each year for coaches and clients to educate the general public about the value of working with a professional coach and to acknowledge the results and progress made through the coaching process.
During this extended commemoration, coaches around the world offer a variety of activities and pro bono services in their local communities to share what coaching has the ability to do.
"This week is the perfect time for coaches to get out in their communities and show people what coaching is and how it can benefit their lives," says SA Chapter President Connie Diano. "Coaching is proven to help people attain their personal and professional goals and those who use it can expect to see a solid return on their investment."
