Pittard’s successful real estate workshops return to Singapore!

With government measures in place to cool the housing market, Singapore real estate people are experiencing tough times.
Each year, approximately 3,000 real estate salespersons enter the industry hoping to build a successful career. At the same time, approximately 3,000 people leave the industry, feeling frustrated by the huge competition for listings and buyers, and commissions at an all-time low. As a result, some developers are resorting to buyer incentives to increase sales.
Gary Pittard, CEO of Pittard, leading providers of real estate training in Australia, says that what Singapore is experiencing is typical of cooling real estate markets worldwide.
“Professional real estate people must know how to operate in any market, and not be victims of the market. When times are tough, salespersons with the highest skill levels, professional development and training are the ones who thrive,” he says.

To counteract this challenge facing the industry, Gary Pittard and SAEA are hosting a one-day workshop for Singapore on October 12. This will be Pittard’s third workshop in Singapore, back by popular demand following his successful workshops in February 2015.
