Australian SMBs and Enterprises Quickly Adopting Clarizen's Online Work Management Software

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwire) - To serve its rapidly growing Australian user base, online-work-management-software developer Clarizen has announced a virtual office with new channels for live support and sales assistance. Among the new services are a toll-free support number; forums where users can consult with local Clarizen partners; and several weekly webinars for users in different Australian time zones.

Clarizen announced the new services at an event in the heart of the Melbourne business district, attended by Australian corporations and government organizations including Orica, DuluxGroup, Aperium and the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA), which have been using Clarizen for over a year.

Mark Sullivan, ESTA's Program Director, shared with the audience some of ESTA's experiences using Clarizen: "ESTA has been working closely with Clarizen to address our growing need for a more efficient and collaborative solution and with the recent training of our project management team, we are looking to further augment the utilization of the software and its role in how we manage our program."

Co-hosting the event was one of Clarizen's partners, Luah Consulting, which is already helping local organizations implement Clarizen.

Tony Berkhout, Principal at Luah Consulting, shared with the audience how it has been looking for a solution that would address the needs of some of its large clients, seeking a more centralized project management solution that would be easier to deploy for end users: "We have been evaluating various vendors in the project management space for many months now but only recently came across Clarizen and have found the perfect fit that would provide the enterprise level functionality and ease of use that our clients require."
